GetMilk

Engineering

Where it was stuck

Sourcing a manufacturer in Portugal meant trade fairs, phone calls and somebody's spreadsheet — nothing made the country's industrial capacity searchable by material, process or certification.

The system

3,168+ Portuguese producers mapped and indexed by what they can genuinely make, with material, process and compliance intelligence on top.

What changed: an engineer arrives with a datasheet and leaves with a supplier shortlist and a 90-day route to first batch.

OpenWeb

Product design and front-end

Context

Redesigning the platform that powers comments for CNN, Yahoo, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal — conversation software running at publisher scale.

Ukrstat — stat.gov.ua

Public data platform

Where it was stuck

Ukraine's official statistics lived in thousands of tables and PDFs — accurate, authoritative and nearly impossible to query unless you already knew where to look.

The system

A search-first portal with an AI assistant that answers in plain language — population, prices, exports — and points back to the underlying official series.

What changed: an analyst asks a question and gets the number, the source and the table — instead of a folder of spreadsheets.

Kavun

E-commerce on agtc.app

Where it was stuck

A small roaster with strange flavours — cherry, rose, watermelon, sugarcane — and no way to sell them beyond direct messages and a spreadsheet of orders.

The system

A storefront built and run on agtc.app: tasting sets as products, cart and checkout, and orders landing in the same system the team already works from.

DigitalOcean

Documentation experience

Context

Reshaping the documentation site — the surface every developer building on their cloud reads before they write a line of code.

Ukraine in Color

AI-restoration asset management system for the Ukrainian State Archive Service

Where it was stuck

A century of Ukrainian photography sat in the State Archive Service's holdings as black-and-white originals — scattered across institutions, with no consistent way to restore, describe and publish them.

The system

An AI-restoration asset management system: every original is restored and colorized by a pipeline, then catalogued as an asset — people, places, collections, tags — with a review step before anything goes public.

What changed: a damaged 1920s print goes in; a restored, colorized, catalogued asset with its story comes out — ready for the archive to publish.

Your business has more automation potential than you think.
